Simple Care
Services

For common health concerns requiring prompt medical attention.

  • Simple on-site labs (urinalysis, pregnancy test, mono test, glucose check, hemoccult screen, strep testing)
  • Oral medications
  • Breathing treatment (single nebulizer treatment)
  • Tetanus Shot (Tdap): Included at no additional charge with Tier B wound treatment or laceration repair. When given without wound repair, Tdap is $60 and added to base tier pricing (e.g., Tier A $225 + Tdap $60 = $285 total)
  • Send-out labs: Additional cost (billed separately by external lab)
  • Durable medical equipment: Additional cost (billed through CareLinc)
    • Includes items you may take home such as splints, slings, crutches, home oxygen equipment, or nebulizer kits
    • These are high-quality, reusable medical supplies designed for your continued care and recovery at home

Extended Care Services

For conditions requiring more detailed evaluation and enhanced treatment.

  • Minor fractures and musculoskeletal injuries
  • Sprains
  • Influenza/COVID testing
  • Nausea/vomiting/dehydration requiring IV fluids
  • Diarrhea
  • Headache
  • Wounds requiring stitches
  • STI testing and pelvic pain
  • Dental pain requiring injection or procedure

Includes all Simple care services, plus:

  • X-rays to examine bones and joints
  • Bedside ultrasound imaging
  • Heart rhythm test (EKG)
  • Stabilization with splinting
  • Medication injections (into muscle or through IV)
  • IV fluid therapy for rehydration
  • Advanced on-site laboratory testing, including:
    • Respiratory virus panel (Flu, COVID, RSV)
    • Heart health markers
    • Inflammation markers
    • Blood clot indicators
    • Oxygen level in blood
    • Comprehensive blood chemistry
    • Complete blood count
  • Wound closure (stitches, includes tetanus shot if needed)
  • Drainage of infections
  • Multiple breathing treatments (serial nebulizer)
  • Continuous heart monitoring
  • Oxygen level monitoring

Advanced Care Services

For conditions requiring advanced diagnostics and complex treatments.

  • Abdominal pain requiring detailed evaluation
  • Kidney or flank pain
  • Head injuries needing advanced imaging
  • Chest pain evaluation
  • Significant bone injuries and dislocations
  • Advanced dental procedures
  • Conditions requiring specialized medical procedures

Includes all Simple care and Extended care services, plus:

  • One CT scan (detailed 3D imaging)
  • Complex Medication Therapy through IV (treatments lasting over 15 minutes)
  • Specialized procedures requiring sedation
  • Tetanus Shot (Tdap): Included at no additional charge with Tier B wound treatment or laceration repair. When given without wound repair, Tdap is $60 and added to base tier pricing (e.g., Tier C $650 + Tdap $60 = $710 total) 
  • Laboratory tests sent to outside labs: Additional cost (billed separately by the external lab)
  • Take-home medical equipment: Additional cost (billed through CareLinc)
    • Includes items you may take home such as splints, slings, crutches, home oxygen equipment, or nebulizer kits
    • These are high-quality, reusable medical supplies designed for your continued care and recovery at home
  • Additional CT scans without contrast dye: $300 
  • Additional CT scans with contrast dye: $400 (includes kidney function check when needed)

Peace of Mind Guarantee for Self-Pay Patients: Your total cost for RightCare Clinic services will never exceed $999, regardless of the complexity of your care when paying out-of-pocket.

Important Note: You may incur additional charges for services not directly provided by RightCare Clinic, such as external laboratory tests or take-home medical equipment (also known as durable medical equipment or DME) supplied by partner providers.

  1. Before your visit: A $225 payment is collected before seeing the ER physician
  2. During your visit: Our emergency medicine physicians will evaluate your condition and recommend the appropriate level of care
  3. After your visit: Any remaining balance is collected at checkout. External lab testing and take-home medical equipment (if needed) are billed separately by our partners
