What if I need same-day care but can't make an appointment?
Walk-ins welcome! We’ll see you based on the urgency of your condition. Most walk-ins are seen within an hour, but calling ahead guarantees your spot. If you do walk in, wait times may vary based on current patient volume and the urgency of medical needs.
What can you do in a same-day appointment?

How long will my same-day appointment take?
Most visits take 1-2 hours total, including testing. Unlike the ER, where you might wait hours just to be seen, you’ll get comprehensive care without feeling rushed. While some test results come back during your visit, others may be ready the next day.
How quickly will I get my test results?
Most lab results are available the same day. CT scans have stat reads available within 1-2 hours, with routine reads within 1-2 business days. This is significantly faster than traditional urgent care centers that send tests to outside labs.
Do I need a referral for same-day services?
No complicated approval process. You can book directly with us for most services. If your insurance requires pre-authorization for certain tests, we’ll help you figure that out when you book.
Can I book my tests ahead of time?

If your results suggest something more serious, our emergency room-trained doctors may recommend that you be admitted to the hospital for further management. We will coordinate with the hospital of your choice and work directly with them to try and secure a bed for you in the hospital.
